To our valued and respected clients:

We are pleased to announce that effective March 1, 2021 Keyway Offshore Limited (“KOL”) will integrate its operations with its holding company Keyway Management & Secretarial Services Limited (“KEYWAY”).

This is a very exciting event for the KEYWAY group, for our employees and our clients. Our greatest assets have always been our people, and integrating KOL under KEYWAY group will create additional value to our clients with faster response times.

Though we will now operate under KEYWAY, you can rely on the same personal working relationships that you have had in the past. You will still be dealing with the same people, and you can depend on the same quality of work. Some minor changes such as our website and email addresses will change and we will send a personal email to all our clients detailing the changes.

We are immensely proud of what we have achieved in the past 42 years and look forward to continuing our relationship with all our valuable clients. Thank you for your support as always.
