We are looking to recruit a dedicated candidate for the position of Compliance Officer.

Main Role

Responsible for implementing, directing and overseeing the Compliance and Risk Management processes. Conducts audits and ongoing reviews of organisation controls, operating procedures and monitors compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualification

  • Degree in related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Effective communication and report writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
  • Good leadership capabilities to lead projects to successful completion.

Accountant, Taiwan Office

We are looking to recruit a dedicated candidate for the position of an Accountant in our Taiwan office.

Job Description

  • Handling double entries/journal entries
  • Handling full set of accounts, preparing financial statements and cash flow statements
  • Prepare bank reconciliation, intercompany transaction reconciliation
  • Prepare and issue invoices, maintain a proper filing system
  • Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification
  • 1-2 years experience in accounting field and able to handle full set of accounts
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Knowledge of Peachtree is a definite advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards and Inland Revenue Ordinance
  • Accuracy, hardworking and initiative
  • Immediately available / Short notice is highly preferable
